September 23:1919. At a joint session the governments of UNR and ZUNR decided to begin hostilities against Denikin immediately.

September 24: 1993. A treaty was signed in Moscow on creating the Economic Union of CIS. Ukraine made public a declaration of its readiness to cooperate as an associate member based on a separate agreement.
