The scenario of children’s mystery Miracles in the Toy Country was commissioned by the palace (the performance is directed by young, but already famous Oleksii Khetchykov, known as the creator of many shows for young audiences and even the children’s Eurovision).
According to the organizers, the New Year show to be held on the main stage of the country will be colorful and full of tricks. The palace started recruiting the creative team for this project back in the summer when they announced an online contest. The contestants included musicians, singers, dancers, circus artists... Some of the latter are world-class professionals who have contracts with the world-famous Cirque du Soleil. This applies, above all, to laureate of the Circus Oscar Anatolii Zalevsky and his studio Rhizome. They are responsible for stunts.
The theme of the show is the folk toy, more precisely, the country where toy characters get after children cease to play with them... By the way, after the show, viewers will be able to meet with those who make their own toys and can teach everyone how to do it.
The foyer of the palace will host master classes of folk craftspeople. Therefore, all visitors, adults as well as children, will have a chance to feel like a magician and make a gift to a family member (or to children from the anti-terrorist operation area, who will have a special shelf dedicated to collecting toys for them). These gifts will include motanka dolls, Christmas stars, and painted clay angels. One will also be able to just buy the favorite toy from its maker.
