The album was announced by Valentyn Reznychenko, head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration, on his Facebook page: “The work on the album started immediately after the gala concert ‘Songs Born in ATO.’ The soldiers have spent dozens of hours in a professional studio, sound engineers, lawyers, and designers had worked for three months – and the album is ready. The event of its presentation is going to gather all the winners of the festival on one stage. Ukrainian leading musical stars will perform together with them.”

The album in total contains nearly 30 music tracks that have already been played throughout thematic festivals featuring ATO fighters. The initial circulation will be 3,000 copies.

For example, Andrii Kaseniuk, soldier of the 93rd Brigade, and the band leader of SilverTown from Kamianske, had his guitar with him throughout his service. There, in the trenches, he created the song “Ukraine Is Us,” which had started everything... Viacheslav Kupriienko, author and performers of “Bees,” dedicated his song to Ukrainian volunteers.

The concert will feature Ukrainian stars, including Oleksii Horbunov, Viktor Pavlyk, Skriabin, OT VINTA, Druha Rika, and others. The entrance to the concert will require a special invitation. Lieutenant Ivan Nachovny, a “cyborg” who now serves as the advisor to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration, and the head of ATO Soldiers’ Association of Dnipro, says that “anyone can message to the organizers on Facebook, and receive the invitation. The ‘Songs Born in ATO’ CD will not be sold. We will distribute the copies among the soldiers at the frontline and among various ATO and volunteer organizations.”

By the way, along with the concert in Kyiv, another album of songs composed in Donbas trenches will be released.
