The Latvia-Ukraine: Friendship Through Centuries exhibition of book illustrations has opened at the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine. Over 500 exhibits from funds of the Latvian Academic Library are evidence of Ukraine’s and Latvia’s friendship and common interests. And a Ceramics-2000 exhibition of Antons Uspelis’ ceramics acquaints the spectator with Latvian traditional folk arts
