A number of billboards have been installed in Kherson lately, their authors using the images to reflect Ukrainians’ contempt for the president of Russia. The billboards have been designed by civic activists, while the city’s government helped to find locations for them.

These new stories continue the series which started this summer. Then, a number of billboards appeared in a few places in Kherson including the exit from the city towards the Russian-annexed Crimea, which exhorted Ukrainians to take pictures or commit to memory locations with “military equipment, bases, radars” should they travel to the peninsula.
