1917: The First Congress of Co-op Unions of Ukraine convenes; it establishes the Central All-Ukrainian Co-op Association.

1918: The All-Ukrainian Central Executive Committee adopts the text of the uniform military oath of allegiance.

1920: The Ukrainian National Republic signs a treaty with Poland in Warsaw.

1922: The Ukrainian Agricultural Academy is established in Podebrady (Czechoslovakia; reorganized as the Technological Farming Institute in 1932).

1931: The Central Executive Committee and the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR adopts regulations on Soviet citizenship.

1968: The USSR, UK, and USA sign the Agreement on the Rescue of Astronauts, the Return of Astronauts, and the Return of Objects Launched into Outer Space.

1990: The Green Party of Ukraine proclaims its Manifesto. 1990: An environmental rally takes place in Kyiv in conjunction with the World Earth Day.
