In Japan, you can get useful advice from... a humanoid robot. Chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs Hanna Hopko “talked” to this miracle of technology a few days ago. “This is Peppa the robot. It speaks to you only when you look into its eyes and speak Japanese. I learned a few words, and it then gave advice on healthy nutrition and daily vegetable consumption,” Hopko posted on Facebook.
This robot has been put on display at the National Museum of Science and Innovation in Tokyo. It would be nice to see this technology used in Ukraine as well – for example, in teaching Ukrainian language to children. However, our government is only reducing research spending so far…
