The Order of the British Empire has turned 100

May 24, 2017. London. The British Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip attended a service at St. Paul’s Cathedral dedicated to the Order of the British Empire centenary, Reuters reports. The event, attended by nearly 2,000 holders of awards, from Members to Knights and Dames Grand Cross, began with words of support for the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack.
