Ukraine is once again happy to greet Vitali Klitschko with a victory. On May 29 the WBC heavyweight champion defended his title defeating the Polish Albert Sosnowski by TKO in the tenth round at the Veltins-Arena Gelsenkirchen in Germany. The official website of the German RTL Channel quotes Klitschko as saying, “I’m very glad to have defended my title. I can’t say it was simple. Sosnowski showed a good performance, really, even though he lost the bout. He is a courageous fellow. I won because I used my experience. I saw my adversary’s mistakes and took advantage of them.” Klitschko, 38, shared his plans with German journalists: “I was in good shape before the fight and I’m feeling fine after it. I want to continue my career. Now I have to beat the world champ David Haye and ex-champion Nikolai Valuyev.”
