It is about selling souvenir magnetic toys that picture characters drawn by Yevhenia HAPCHYNSKA. The ruling of Lviv’s Halytsky District Court says that a souvenir shop sold five magnetic toys of this kind and two pictures for a total 240 hryvnias in February 2016. Following this, the artist’s lawyers filed a copyright-infringement lawsuit to the abovementioned court, demanding that 14,600 hryvnias (10 minimal wages) be paid to her for each picture.
