At a joint press conference with French President Francois Hollande, Petro Poroshenko expressed his gratitude to him for helping Ukraine. “This is not just a Ukrainian problem. This is the problem of security in Europe. Today we are doing everything possible to implement the Minsk agreements,” Poroshenko emphasized. In his turn, Hollande stated that Paris would sign and ratify the Association Agreement with Ukraine in a month. He has also noted that France would not deliver lethal weapons to Ukraine, because “it had not received any appeal in this concern.” Speaking about the possible delivery of Mistral ships to Russia, the French leader underlined that “under the current conditions it is impossible.”
